On April 26, fishbat, encourages New York Mets fans to purchase tickets for Island Harvest’s “Home Run to End Hunger” event at Citi Field on May 8 at 5:40 p.m.

An adult individual ticket costs $175, but the individual price goes down as you purchase more.

“Baseball is one of America’s favorite pastimes,” Darrohn says. “This is an opportunity for us to enjoy a great night of baseball while helping to support our community on Long Island. These tickets will earn you a place in the executive suite that includes a buffet, limited bar, exciting auction, and a special visit from Mr. Met. All of the proceeds go to Island Harvest so they can fund programs that raise awareness for the fight against hunger.”

For an extra special night, Mets fans can purchase an exclusive ticket for the luxury owner’s box! For $600, you’ll view the game from behind home plate and enjoy the comforts of a private bar, catering, and a special commemorative item. Only a few of these tickets remain. Business sponsorships are also available, Darrohn says. Tickets are selling out quickly and must be purchased by May 6.

The Mets will be playing the Chicago White Sox on May 8. “It should be a great game and a positive start to the season,” he says. “We hope Mets fans will be able to join us at the “Home Run to End Hunger” event and support this cause while having some fun.”
