In this role, Fetterman’s primary responsibility is leading an internal team of content creators and digital advertising specialists to encourage collaboration between team members and clients across various projects.
Fetterman also assists fishbat’s digital marketing strategists in managing, reporting and monitoring KPIs and metrics that are vital to not only delivering top-notch digital content marketing but ensuring that it is delivered to the right audiences to drive the clients’ overall strategy and goals forward.

Fetterman joined the fishbat team with over 13 years of experience in marketing and hospitality management, including digital marketing, social media consultancy, advertising and sales.
Fetterman holds a Bachelor of Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently a member of the following professional organizations: Women of Project Management, Pittsburgh Young Professionals and Project Management Institute.
In her previous work, Fetterman led a collaborative effort to revitalize a client’s underutilized urban workspace. By devising a comprehensive strategy, she successfully transformed the building’s public image, positioning it as a vibrant hub for forward-thinking professionals to work and socialize. The tailored campaigns resulted in over 90% occupancy within two years.
