At a large corporation you will be given tasks to do with seemingly no rhyme or reason and you are never truly able to see what your hard work has done or if it had any effect at all. At a startup you will be working on important projects and be hands-on with a lot of tasks where you will be able to see your hard work pay off. There is never a better feeling than receiving great feedback on your work not only from your bosses, but also from the client you are working for.

Your bosses are able to really see what you bring to the table as an employee and there can be quick advancement if you are able to prove your worth.
