fishbat reports from Apple’s WWDC 2013 Keynote about the company’s new product rollouts and updates.

On June 12, 2013, fishbat, an award-winning Internet marketing company, reports on the various major product changes addressed in Apple’s WWDC Keynote on Monday, June 10.

Andrew Goodman, a tech reporter for fishbat, was excited to cover the event. Sida Li, fishbat’s VP of Social Media, says that it’s important for those working in social media marketing to stay abreast of new technology. “This event marked Apple’s first big product releases since the iPad Mini, so developers were chomping at the bit in anticipation of this event,” he says. “You’ll have to read Andrew’s report for the full update, but I’ll say this: Apple has truly gone above and beyond with some of the announcements they’ve made. They’re definitely maintaining their rep for helping customers stay connected and be productive.”

One of the most popular products Apple is marketing is their forthcoming new release of OS X, dubbed ‘Mavericks.’ “All of Apple’s operating systems over the next decade will be named after spots in California,” says Li. “Hence the name.” Mavericks looks to save battery life by compressing inactive memory, and enhances responsiveness by creating finder tabs to sort files and allow Mac users to use multiple displays at once. It will also enhance Safari upgrade notifications in your browser, revamp the map app and create an iCloud keychain that remembers your important information.

Another highlight of the Keynote was Apple’s unveiling of the iOS 7. With over 600 million iOS devices sold in the past, Apple is hoping users will fall in love with iOS 7’s new interface and different features. This new phone offers various features, including: a new lock screen, translucent keyboard, animated wallpapers and UI response to gyroscopic movement. Most importantly, it will introduce a new Bing-sourced Siri, and also allow the new OS to link to vehicles

Apple has exceeded expectations by also releasing AnkiDrive, MacBook Air, Mac Pro and iTunes Radio. These new features are solely available for Apple customers but will create a better experience for their many users than ever before. Read fishbat’s full report on the Keynote for more information.
